Waist beads are traditional African body jewelry, often made of glass, wood, or crystal beads, worn around the waist or hips to symbolize femininity, fertility, sensuality, and spiritual protection.
Welcome This will be an amazing shared, intentional bead-making experience designed for small, intimate groups. Each guest will be guided through the process of designing and creating their own waist-bead—crafted with intention, care, and personal meaning.
MATERIALS You will choose from a large selection of glass seed beads, crystals and precious gemstones. You’ll have the option of using solid cotton or elastic string.
