Shipping Guidelines

Custom and wholesale items require more creative time. For this reason please allow between 2-3 weeks for custom and wholesale items to ship.

We do not process orders on the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) or holidays. All orders placed on those days will be fulfilled the

Shipping Time ~ Time it takes the USPS to deliver

Processing time ~ 1-7 days (You will receive a follow up email with estimated completion date)

Estimated shipping time to USPS ~ 3-5 days

International Shipping ~ Up 15 days

All PACKAGES will be sent via USPS.

USPS products and packages may require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 impacts.

We are not responsible for products that read delivered on the USPS tracking information or products that were misdelivered due to lack of correct or complete address. A claim can be filed independently by you with the United States Postal Service.

If your package is returned to us due to incomplete or incorrect address there will be a re shipping fee to ship it again.
